You can use the USB connection,
Connect the USB from he printer to the computer and let me know if the computer will show any message about detecting a printer or a device.

Issue identified : Customer need to connect a mitsubishi CP8000DW to Windows 10
Solution Implemented :
Call customer / Remote Access
Check Mitsubishi site and the Printer is discontinued for support and only have driver as far as NT4.0
Windows 10 not supported
Advised custoemr that the printer will not be able to support Windows 10
Either Use a newer printer or connect the printer to at least Windows 7 or earlier
