Solution Implemented : Called the customer / Remotely accessed the computer / Checked the router settings page to verify if the settings and the speed are correct / Reboot the router / Deleted Temp files from his computer / Advised customer to ran a speedtest on the other pc and on his mobile but gets the same speed / Explained to the customer that it is not a problem with the computer since the other 2 devices are getting the same result / Advised to contact his ISP to reconfigure the speed of his connection / No other issues raised / Answer Accepted
