New TV. After initial set up, the cartoon channel comes on and I can't change channels. Completed "FIND CHANNELS". Clicked OK, screen went back to "CHANNELS" . Made it to "CHANNEL SOURCE", selected cable. Went back to "CHANNEL SOUICE", while Cartoon Network remains of right hand 3/4 of screen. New TV is in bedroom, no cable box, cable connect from wall and I had previously identified the connection as such. Need help! Am old man. Patience may be required.

Sorry for the delay Byron.  My apologies.  Model number is O32HN-EO, I think.  Printing is mighty small.

Dear Bruce, It was a pleasure helping you with your Vizio issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.

Issue identified : Only getting 3 analog channels 
Solution Implemented :  call customer | tried to rescan |same problem| advise to remove the digital adapter from the old TV | coax cable not long enough to get into to the TV | advise to extend the coaxial and run the setup again to get the digital channels |accepted answer
