Issue identified : Customer's has her wife's computer not printing.
Solution Implemented :
Call customer and verified that his computer is still working fine with the printer
Asked customer to open the program on her wife's computer and Try printing.
Asked customer to change the printer to use in the printing promt to the Brother PRinter.
Issue resolved
The other PC is now printing ok
