Issue identified : Dragon app not working
Solution Implemented :
Call customer / Remote access
Checked and verified the Mic is plugged in
Reset the Dragon app by force closing it and restarting the PC
Launch Dragon app
Loaded customer's profile
Tested app and now it is working and typing everyworkd said to the computer.
