My iBooks is a jumble. Some PDFs are not downloaded and they are presented smaller than before. I use iBooks for crochet and knitting patterns. Previously, the picture would show in a fairly good size and the pattern would follow. This is no longer the case.

Ok. Are you referring to the small fonts  or view of the ibooks?

I am referring to the iBook pictures before they are opened.  I used to be able to scroll through them and choose the ones I wanted, but now .i have to open them, if they even open; it is all very slow.

Have you tried restarting the Ipad ( by holding down power button and wait for a the screen to show "Slide to power off")?

Dear Carolyn , It was a pleasure helping you with your Apple issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.

Issue identified :  Ibooks app problem  after ios 11 
Solution Implemented :  call customer| no backup from 10.3 | advise to download all the pdfs and books and wait for them to show in bookshelf | one of the books/pdfs is showing in bookshelf and was able to open  ok| explained the cause of the problem| and advise to download the next available update to resolved bugs/problems with the ios| advise to backup the ipad using itunes /computer to secure the data | refund remote upgrade| accpeted answer
