How are you doing? Hope you are well. Is the check engine light lit on the dash? As a first course of action, I strongly suggest that you remove the negative battery connector of the vehicle. This will reset the system and can get your vehicle back to it's normal operation. If the reset doesn't work, I suspect that the accelerator pedal is at fault.  This sensor sense how you press the accelerator and transmit it to the computer for the engine response. It can be failing that's why you are experiencing this issue. Below is what it looks like
