 Dear Joy, It was a pleasure helping you with your Apple issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.


Issue identified : Unable to connect to Mail, App Store and iTunes Store


Solution Implemented : Called the customer / Remotely accessed the computer / Rebooted the router / Checked the Keychain Access Certificate / Tried to reinstall iTunes / Tried to add the Gmail account but it shows that she doesnt have a connection / Used Google and OpenDNS DNS server -  No Go / Advised customer that it is a problem with her OSX / Advised to reinstall the OSX or bring it to nearest Apple Service Center / Customer know the service center in her area / No other issues raised / Customer is happy with the assistance / Answer Accepted
