I'm trying to watch a show on Apple TV. Every time I try to go to search and find out, My ITunes account asked me to enter my ID, which I do okay, then my password, which I do okay, then it wants me to enter a verification code as sent to my other device. However I get sent nothing either to my email address, the same as in the Itunes account, or my mobile phone by SMS. What is going on and how can I fix this?
