Solution Implemented : Live chat. Call customer. Assist customer to resolve the issue. Disable the app that making it overlay still the same. Try to factory reset the phone but we are having issues with the phone and it will not boot up properly. Customer decided to buy a new phone and will buy iPhone istead of android phone. Customer appreciate our assistance and will call support to request to accept it on her behalf. Call ended.
