Had contact with your company the other day because I had lost my Facebook account. Was cleared at the time, but it has gone again, via the same address (40.107.222.51), San Antonio, Texas.

As the above cost me 47 USD, would like to know if it can be resolved outright as I live in UK.

Account has been lost, have tried changing password now 30 times.  Culprit showsw as San Antonia, Texas, with address (40.107.222.51).
