NOTES:

-called cx and the issue is the phone needs to activate by entering the apple id and password

-we checked the apple id and its a hotmail account

-cx dont remember the hotmail account

-told cx that is the account that was used to setup the phone the first time

-cx will call his wife and check is the wife has a hotmail account

-will call back cx after 10 minutes.

NOTES:

-called cx back and we tried to reset the password using the hotmail account that he provided

-birthdate wont accept on the account

-told cx that I will send an email for the password reset to the hotmail account and they can reset/create a new password from there

-cx will call his wife again since shes at work to reset the password

-send the password reset to the hotmail account

-will callback cx after 20 mins.

-called back cx and he said that shes wife is busy since shes at work

-cx will gonna do the password reset as soon as her wife gets back home since the email address is his wife's email adn he dont have access to it.

-cx dont have further questions
