Issue identified :
Inquiry about Apple calls that customer ha been receiving.
Solution Implemented :
Checked the phone number online and it was reported as a Scam ,
No Problems with using customer's Apple Id and password on his Devices.
Advised customer that apple will normally give him an update about his account through his Email and normally on his Devices if there is a problem with the ID.
Advised not to entertain the phone calls as it did not came from apple.
Also advised not to give his Apple password from Callers as Apple will not ask for his password.

Those Two numbers are not Apple Support number
I think those are scam.
Apple Does not make a call out to people. If you're account is hacked you should be getting notifications on your device.
It's better to not entertain those callers. Have them blocked via your Phone company.
I received phone call, just about 20 minutes ago telling me my Ipad was being hacked. The phone number used was
***-***-**** telling me to call telephone ***-***-**** . I didn't call the number. Please advise me what to do
