Windows 10.   if the admin password gives you access to get into computer that is it.

Thanks for the information. When was the last time you were able to sign in to your computer? Is there any changes made on the computer before you encounter this issue?

No changes.  I haven't signed in for at least a month.  It is like it was wiped out.

Issue identified : Forgot admin password


Solution Implemented : Called the customer /  Assisted the customer to reset the computer to Factory State (Hold Shift Key > Restart > Troubleshoot > Reset this PC > Remove Everything) / Successfully restored the computer / Issue Resolved / Answer Accepted
