we bought this dell laptop recently and are having multiple problems with my husband and my side. my husband is shown as the administrator, when I am that. when he logs onto his side, it shows My name, we are not happy with windows 10 and would like to switch to 7. I cannot set up my Comcast email, and I try to remove my last name on my 'user' name, just about sums it up. I was hoping to talk to someone while issues are being fixed! thanks!

 Dear Sue, It was a pleasure helping you with your Dell issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.


Issue identified : Change the name of the Admin Account / Setup her email on the Mail App


Solution Implemented : Called the customer / Remotely accessed the computer / Assisted the customer to change the name of the Admin Account (Control Panel > User Account > Change your account name) / Setup her email account on the Mail App (Settings > Add Mail Account) / Issue Resolved / Answer Accepted
