Go to Settings > iTunes and Appstore on your phone and let me know what is the Apple ID listed there/
when I go to settings and clickiTunes and Applestore, it gives my email as identification and no password.

Issue identified :
apple Id is disabled
Solution Implemented :
Call customer and assisted in resetting the Apple Id password through iforgot.apple.com
Had an apple ID adviser call to customer to unlock the iTunes log in
checked back with the customer and everything is ok now
Issue resolved
