How are you doing? May I ask when was the last time you replaced the spark plugs? It can be one of the cause and might require replacement. There's a possibility that there's water in the fuel tank. Try putting in fuel treatment to break down the water in fuel.
Another thing to check is the vacuum hoses. It may have vacuum leak that's why this issue occur, will require hose replacement. Please check and clean the throttle body as well for it might affect the air and fuel mixture of the vehicle if it's dirty.

If all of these procedure doesn't help, I strongly suggest that you have the engine scanned for trouble codes to know the parts/sensors in need of replacement. If no codes are found, you may need to have a valve tappet adjustments. It can be a timing issue.
