It has spaces for 6 numbers.  I never entered a Passcode

do you remember the email you used  setting up your apple account? Usually the apple id is your email and secured by a password

I asked him from the beginning if he would not erase my data, i.e. phone numbers, etc. He said he would be able to keep 90% of them. I checked my phone after he finished helping me and found that everything was erased. I could have cleared my phone and rebooted it if I wanted to erase everything. I am very unhappy.
