my finger print is not opening my phone and I don't remember my pass code, can I remove my print and establish a pass code. I am sixty years old with a heart condition and have limited ability in getting around and I need my phone in case of an emergency so I would appreciate any help you can give me.

no because then if it doesnt work it gives me a time frame before can start triing again.

Unfortunately we need to reset trhe phone for us to remove the passcode and to unlock.

Resetting the Iphone would mean wiping out your data in the iphone unless you have a backup. We will need a computer too to  complete the process of restoration to your IPhone 8. Do you have  an available computer?

well this is the time ive ever owned an apple an there is not any info rmation that i am going to miss i have only had it for two weeks. i am iliterate when it comes to techn0ligy so i thought that another investment of 57 dollars would be a good investment and you cant help me because of lack of equipment?? what do i do now.

Issue identified :  Iphone disabled due to passcode 
Solution Implemented :  remote support| restore phone using itunes | able to restore phone| customer said the apple ID was not given to him by att| it was setup in the att store | tried to find the apple | his email is not a valid apple ID and the email |date of birth was not registered to him as the owner  | advise to bring the phone to the att store and get the apple ID and password that was use when they setup the iphone.|infoprm customer that the phone is now restored but an apple id is needed for him to activate the iphone | customer will bring the phone to the att store to get his apple id and password | accepted answer
