Also How often does the White screen happen?

I'm running windows 10 happens almost every time I open the laptop and my desktop doesn't look right and sometimes can't run some programs like printing

Dear David, It was a pleasure helping you with your Dell issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

White Screen Only and unresponsive after Computer waking up from sleep

Solution Implemented :

Call customer / Remote Access

Assisted customer in changing the display driver through Windows Device Manager > Display Adapter

Tested Sleep and Closing the lid and it is now working Fine

Issue resolved
