I see,

Seems We'll have to reload the itunes there,

I can try and install it remotely using our Remote support assistant for one time $20 or I can give you the link and steps to intall it so you can try installing it on your own.

Should we go remote then?

Customer

I already paid $27  Is this an additional $20?

Yes, It will be a remote upgrade but still it is optional,

If you don't want to do it remotely

Click this link for the itunes download

https://secure-appldnld.apple.com/itunes12/091-56 ***-***-**** 3-EDF2198A-E039-11E7-9A9F-D21A1E4B8CED/iTunes64Setup.exe

Once it is done downloading.

Run the download and this will install itunes to your computer.

Let me know how that works or if you want to do it remotely by me.
