my ipad just wouldn't turn on it has a black screen and when I try to turn on it will talk very fast but no video I had spoke to apple support about a week ago and some very understanding Tech got it up and running. The next morning it was right back to the problem once again. Don't know if should bring into apple store or dump it altogether. It is an ipad 2 i believe and quite old.

Hi Janice,

Try to force reboot the ipad if its frozen by pressing and holding the power and home button at the same time and wait for the apple logo to appear on the screen. Let go the buttons when you see the apple logo and wait for the ipad to reboot.

I beleive that I have use your service before and it never worked. I can't keep spending this money if nothing is solved.

may i know what you see on the screen of the ipad when you press and hold down the power button for 5 secs? Do you see the apple logo?

Dear Janice, It was a pleasure helping you with your Ipad issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : ipad screen is blank and all she can hear are voice commands
Solution Implemented : called cx and accessed her computer. told cx that we need to restore the ipad. cx agreed. installed itunes on cx computer. connect the ipad to the computer and restored it via itunes. Helped cx setup the ipad. Ipad is now up and working. problem solved.
