My mom's iPad deactivated..??? So...in attempting to reactivate it, the screen comes on and asks which WIFI is needed. She doesn't have wifi, it's 3G.. So stuck there. Then typed in her Apple ID and password, and it's says that it's wrong. It will not open up at all to go into settings. Frustrated. We thought an IPad would be great for her at age 83, and it's has worked fine. One day she gets an error asking for a password.... She thinks...then its deactivate. Any help would be appreciated.
