I see,

We have a support service option for $20 onetime

This will let us do remote screenshare to the computer so you and I both can try to find your account and gain access to it again on your Safari.

This is however just an option, should we proceed with remote then?

So far right now, you're the only one who know how your account looks like.

I will ask you to go to Facebook and search for your account first, once you find it there, Let me know.

Or

Try giving me all the email addresses and phone number that you thinnk may have been linked to your Facebook.

Or

give me few names of your frined on that account
