My I Phone is locked following an automatic upgrade. It is now asking for an Apple ID and password used to set up iCloud because an owner used Find My iPhone to link it to their Apple ID. I don't know these because they are stored in Notes on my phone which is locked.

No.  I only have my i phone as I'm out of the United States in the Dominican Republic.  You need to find a way to bypqss the voicemail.

Im sorry but  there's no way that we can bypass your voicemail and your phone will not be able to receive calls if its under the Activation Lock.  Alright let me try to call you at  ***-***-****
