Hi Reno! Thank you for choosing ExpertHelp.com. May I know what exactly the error message showing? First think I will check is the waste ink tray. Make sure it is push all the way in. Hope this helps. When your ready, please type your responses on this page and then click on the Blue Send Response button to post your response. I will be standing by for your response.

Thank you for your response. First, can you check the waste ink tray if its push all way in. And then after that unplug it for 1 minute and then plug it back in and then see if you will still be getting the same error message.

When the waste ink tray is not push all the way in or sometimes you need to remove it and put it back to reset it. And if this not push all the way in you will be getting beep errors. Try it first and advise me what will happen. I will leave this page open and will wait for your next update later. :)

I see. That's why you are getting this error message. Is there a way you can glue it? Because if this part wil not snap properly you will always getting this error message.

If this part is not working properly you can't by pass this error message. You need to replace or fix ths part for you to be able to use it proprly again.
