I have Malwarebytes Premium on a Toshiba laptop and the Real time protection has a 'web protection' option which has always been turned on. It is now identified as 'off' and I cannot seem to reactivate it by any means. A window appears on the desktop identifying that it is not functioning. Please advise how to reactivate this option.

That bis fine. I had a Windows update yesterday and I have a feeling that the problem has been since that update. When I usually started my laptop the Malwarebytes programme automatically started and I had a message that tI was prrotected. The small window is still in the lower righr of my screen telling me thatb 'Real time protection is turned off' If I try to choose the option 'Turn on' it doesn'r solve the problem and, if I choose the 'Manage Protection Settings' and try to activate the Web protection lozenge - it goes green for about 1 second and then turns off again
