Sony. Don't know model number. No cable....internet. Uverse

The model is located at the back of the tv. There is a sticker at the back of the tv that has a model printed on it.

Sorry. The TV is hung on the wall up high. I can't get to it.

Ok. try to reset the tv first by unpluggint the power cord from the wall outlet then press and hold the power button for 20 secs. Plug the cord back in then test the issue again.
