This is a common problem that occurs with most RF Samsung fridges.

Regarding the temperature setting, please consult the operators booklet for the recommended temperature setting.

The issue for this is that there is a condensor drain hole and drain tubes in the refrigerator that is plugged. This drain hole and the subsequent drain tubes must be cleaned regularly from dirt and ice for the  water from the condensor  to drain out of the refrigerator.

I will explain to you the steps you must follow to resovle this issue.

Please complete all the steps and inform me the result.

1. Unplug the refrigerator power supply.

2. Remove all the content from the refrigerator.

3. Remove the cover with the "Twin Cooling" writing on.

Picture below.

If you want to remove the cover completely out the way, remove the wire plug.

4. Once the cover is removed, you will see this.

You might see ice at the bottom of the condensor.

5. This is where the drain hole is.

If you find ice, poar hot over over the ice.

Ones the ice has melted, use a round object to push into the drain hole to clean the hole.

Now the water should run out.

When done, replace the cover.

To ensure the drain tubes at the back of the refrigerator is clean, move the refrigerator away from the wall.

Remove the tubes, clean and replace.

Clean the water collection area.

Move the refrigerator back into position, plug in and let it run for half an hour before placing the content hack intp the refrigerator.
