Can you go to settings, then general and then software update and see if there is a update for your ipad please.

Dear Anne , It was a pleasure helping you with your Apple issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : Customer facetime calls were making noises and not a clear video screen
Solution Implemented : Called the customer / I walked customer through the steps of performing a network reset on her ipad. We performed a test call form my ipad to hers and now is working properly. Customer not able to log back into Experthelp.com to accept answer. I advised customer to send an email to support confirming problem solved.
