Dear Stephen, It was a pleasure helping you with your Tech- Facebook issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : cx can get back to her facebook account
Solution Implemented : chat/called cx and we tried to retrieve her facebook account via her email. Facebook is not sending code to her email since the 2 factor verification on her FB account is turned on. Told cx to use her cellphone but when she tap the FB app on her phone its telling her to login inlcuding also the phone browser. She had an email with FB team and she was provided with several passwords and none worked. Told cx we have to submite a report the FB admin. We created and submitted a report to the FB admin about this issue and attached her valid id for proper identification. Report submitted successfully. Answer Accepted.
