Dear Carl, It was a pleasure helping you with your Tech-HP issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : cx having hard time setting up the printer to connect to wireless
Solution Implemented : called cx and accessed his computer. Found out that printer is not connected to the his wifi. provided cx steps to connect the printer to wifi router bu going the printer control panel. Installed the wifi drivers and softwares using the disc that came with the printer and setup the computer to connect the printer via wireless. Cx tested the printer by printing a document and printer was able to print a document wirelessly. problem solved.
