My own personal pass word, I tried two I have used successfully some time ago b ut must have changed them to another which I cant remember.  So I need to re-set my password hoping that this is what will solve the problem.  My computer does have wifi in operation.

It is still saying it is unable to connect as its n ot secure, Im waiting in case the download is successful.

Dear Mrs. Moss, It was a pleasure helping you with your tech/Kindle issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : cx cant connect to wifi on her kindle. she forgot the wifi password
Solution Implemented : called cx and try to connect to the computer but her computer has security/firewall. told cx to get the password on the sticker at the bottom of the router. We found the password and use it on her kindle. Kindle is now connected to wifi. told cx that the remote support payment will be converted to the phone support. cx ok with that. problem solved.
