I still haven’t gotten any directors directions on how to do this I am a very old lady so don’t expect me to cut and paste into all that other stuff that’s why I paid $107 to get

NOTES:

-called cx and checked if theres error message on the screen of beeping sound. cx said no.

-we reset the refrigerator by turning off the circuit breaker and set the temperatures to normal operating temperatures.

-told cx to wait for 30 mins to an hour for the motor to kick in.

-will call back cx after an hour.

-called back cx to check the issue

-freezer walls are cold but cx want to check it further if the refrigerator is working well

-told cx to wait for few hours and monitor the items inside the freezer if they will melt.

-will callback cx after 3 hours.

-items in the freezer are still frozen after 3-4 hours but cx still wants to monitor the issue

-told cx to put a cup with water iniside the freezer and leave it overnight and see if it will be frozen

-will call cx tomorrow morning 9am pst

Dear Margaret, It was a pleasure helping you with your Tech/Samsung issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : refridgerator motor is not running
Solution Implemented : called cx and provided steps to reset the refirgerator (steps below). cx performed steps. told cx to set the temparature to 4 and 38. We monitored the refrigerator overnight and confirmed its working now. problem solved.
