Gasoline or diesel?
Is the starter turning the engine and the truck won't start, or is the starter not turning the engine?

If the engine does not crank, ensure the terminals are connected correctly, positive to positive and negative to negative.
If the engine does crank.
For gasoline, check if there is a spark at the spark plug.
For diesel, check the fuel supply to the pump and injectors.
