Facebook will not let me add an admin to my page

What device are you using for facebook?
Hi Ferdinand! Thank you! I've tried it on both my mac computer and iphone x
I was the admin of my page; but, it wasn't showing up on "pages" on my phone so I wasn't able to run ads. Therefore, we made my husband the admin and took me off just so it would kind of reset. Once we did this, it will not let us add me back as any roles and I am not even showing up on his list of people to add.

Call customer and customer said she was an admin bfore then she made her husband an admin too.
Then She left the page on the same day.
Advised customer to wait 7 days before she can be addd back to the page as an admin by her husband.
Will call customer again after 7 days.
