I am trying to open the app to play movies
may I know what app are you using and what device are you using for that app?
I played for Hulu and I am using a Samsung tablet
Ok. What happened when you tap the Hulu app on your tablet?
It shows me options that don't open anything.
Ok. Try resetting your tablet first by pressing and holding the power button then tap restart or wait for the screen to shutdown and restart. Check the issue again once the tablet restarted.

Any update? May I know what happened after resetting the tablet? Were you able to use Hulu again?
NOTES:
-called cx and verified that shes trying to open hulu on her tablet
-told cx that hulu is not a default program of samsung and the app that she downloaded is for guides and tips only
-told cx to access hulu on chrome browser
-we accessed hulu on chrome but cx forgot her hulu password
-tried to reset it twice but shes not getting emails from hulu
-told cx to contact hulu at ***-***-**** for the password reset.
NOTES:
-called cx for follow up but no one is answering the phone anymore
-dialled the number several times. no answer.
