Dear Ann, It was a pleasure helping you with your Adobe issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

Fillable feature not working

Solution Implemented :

Call customer / Remote Access

Assisted customer in checking the PDF file and documents from their site

Tested the fillable feautres and all are working.

Advised customer to test the PDF using another computer and it was working OK.

Advised customer that the feature is fine and possible problem with other user's way of using the PDF. isolated issue

Issue resolved

Customer asked for the Phone to be cancelled as it was upgraded accidentlally.
