Dear Norman, It was a pleasure helping you with your Flickr issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

Cannot upload to flickr

Solution Implemented :

Call customer / Remote Access

Found that the account was not signed in using the flicker yahoo account

Assisted in recovering the Flickr account ID

Tested sign in using Texting an account key to customer's cellphone.

Signed in OK

Tried uploading and it was uploaded to gether with all his other uploads before

Issue resolved
