Thank you for your response. Can you check if the thermostat connector is properly connected. 

Yes please. And also how long is the car running and do you see the temperature gauge rising?

I see. How long is the car runing? And is the temperature gauge showing that it is already over heating?

I see. Can you check first the coolant level. And see if you are loosing fluids.

You mentioned that when you turn on the ac both fan is working correct. Can you try to switch the relay. And see if the radiator fan will work. 

I see. Have you tried replacing the fan switch? It is look like the picture showing below.

And can you try to connect the radiator fan directly to the battery to see if it will run.

Do you still have the old one? Try to put the old temp sensor back. See what will be the result. If still will not work try to return the new temp sensor you bought and have it replace. Possibility it is defective.

Can you check the picture below for the cooling fan switch for your reference.

Have you replace that?

Can you take a picture of it and post it on this page. And also want to know if you buy the temp sensor to your dealer?

I see. Where did you bought the new temp sensor?

I see. Can you have it replce. Advise them it is not working. And then after replacing it and then still not running. Have it scan using a OBD2 scanner for us to determine the correct error code and what causing this issue.
