NOTES:

-cx said that she getting message from someone she dont know

-told cx that her profile might be set to public that is why anyone can view her on facebook

-told cx to set the privacy of her account to friends only.

-cx will have to go and requested that the troublehsooting to reschedule by 4pm MT time.

Dear Sarazin, It was a pleasure helping you with your Tech-Facebook issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : cx getting messages from strangers
Solution Implemented : called cx and help set the privacy on her facebook account by going the account settings using her iphone. told cx also that she can block people that she dont know inside the blocking options. cx has no further questions. problem solved.
