Thanks for your response. Can you please reboot your phone by pressing and holding the power button for 10-15 seconds? Once the phone is ready check if you will get the error.

My friend was in a dead service zone.  When she came back in tower range, this problem started. I have been unable to back up contacts.

Issue identified : Customer keeps on getting an error adroid.proccess.acore has stopped


Solution Implemented : Called the customer / Remotely accessed the computer / Advised to reboot his phone - No go / Downloaded the Moto Suite but it is under maintenance / Assisted the customer to restore the phone to factory state / Successfully reset the phone / SIgned in with the Google account / Photos and videos are back / Assisted the customer to change the default storage to his MMC / Issue Resolved / Answer Accepted
