"Switch Control" has taken over my iPhone 6s +!! Witch Control = impervious to "Cancel" and impregnable to "uncheck". Home button won't unlock with fingerprint; number pad accepts no taps. OCD Siri reads two screens nonstop. I have rebooted x3: no change. Entering H second E hour L of P this!!!!!!

Dear Deborah, It was a pleasure helping you with your iPhone issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

Accessibility - Accidentally turned on Switch control

Solution Implemented :

Call customer

Assisted on how to turn off Switch control but the iphone is in a passcode page and customer cannot get the menu to pop up.

No Device to Run iTunes with to disable the feature.

Advised customer to bring it to a near Apple Store so they can have the feature removed.

Answer Accepted

initiating refund for Remote.

Customer asked for remote to get refunded.
