Solution Implemented : Called the customer / Remotely accessed the computer / We discovered that there's already an account registered to his email address / We changed the username and the name on his profile (Settings > Settings and Privacy > Account > Username > Save Changes ) / Customer cant remember the password / Assisted the customer to reset the password by sending the link to his email / Customer successfully changed the password / Successfully changed the username and profile name / Issue Resolved / Answer Accepted
