It is a Samsung blu ray system

there is a Source button but no input button
Ok. Press the source button and select HDMI 2 on the list so that the tv will be forced to use the HDMI 2 port where the bluray is connected. Make sure that the bluray system is turned on. You should see the screen now once you selected the HDMI 2.
screen says 'service not available'
Can you turn off the bluray and wait for 5 secs then turn it back on. then check the issue again.
I now have the Smart hub screen having now switched off my Sat nav input
Ok good. can you check the bluray now if it is working.

Issue identified : cx gettting no signa on the screen
Solution Implemented : chat with cx and provided steps to reset the tv and bluray then change the input on the tv (steps below). cx followed the steps and tv is now working. problem solved.
