Do you hear this buzzing sound while driving on a highway or even during a stop?

Ok, do you feel that it's coming from the speakers?

For now I am thinking that it needs a reset. As a first course of action, I strongly suggest that you remove the negative battery connector and let it sit for 5 minutes or more before reconnecting it. This will reset the system and can get rid of the buzzing sound. The battery is located on the rear cargo area. You will need to lift the floor covering to gain access to the battery. I'll be standing by.
