I've done like 5 hard resets and since it turns the phone off the home button doesn't work till it's turned back on complete;y

ok Try holding this 2 buttons.

HOME and POWER

Press and hold them at the same time.

Wait at least 30 to 40 sec before you let them go.

Call customer / Remote Access

Assisted customer in performing an iphone recovery thru itunes using her computer

itunes restore completed

Customer restored iphone from back up

and all is working fine now
