Why am I looked out of my match account? I paid for a month and now I've wasted my money i have only been on there for for days.

Assisted custome rin checking her account.

Account was locked out and the only way to check the account status was to call on Moday.

customer decided to start a new account in Match using her other email

Assisted custome rin setting up another account in Match
