Go to Settings > System > Restart. Once it is done rebooting please open the Apps and let me know what happen.

I did the restart and now my screen with all my apps is up
Can you now try to open the Apps and let me know if it will works? By the way is there a number I can call you?
I just get a black screen. Then a message that says check your settings once more.
