Issue identified : The screen to big
Solution Implemented : Live chat. Call customer. Adjust the settings using the remote tv. Put in on standard view. Then use the cable remote and disable the zoom mode. Picture much better now. Issue resolved. Case closed. Call ended. Customer provided a tip.
